Food is fine for what it is, but NOT for the money. I cannot believe that I paid $10 for a half panini and cup of soup. The complimentary water cups are dixie cup sized, forcing you to refill a dozen times. I would honestly rather go to Arby's and get one of their market fresh sandwiches for half the price!

Very frustrating. We got several lunch combos with soup + pasta to go and it wasn't until we got home that we realized they messed up our order. Unfortunately with two hungry kids and being 15 minutes away we couldn't go back and replace it yet again. One of the combos we requested was French onion soup + butternut squash ravioli. Instead we were given buttered noodles + butternut squash soup. Could have easily made this at home. Won't go back to this location ever again, was our first time there yesterday too!

Pretty meh all around. I try to avoid Panera, not because the food is nasty or anything like that, but I feel like I can get way better food for a better price at non-chain places that actually make all their stuff from scratch. However, I was in the area on my way back to work and figured why the hell not, it had been a couple years since my last stop in. I did the half/half deal (whatever they call it, can't remember), and got the chicken wild rice soup and the strawberry poppyseed salad. The salad was OK, but the soup was disappointing. Also, I feel like the layout in here is kind of weird. I nearly collided with people exiting since I couldn't see them coming from the dining area (the glass is covered and they have to turn a sharp corner to get to the door, which faces the registers). The area where you wait to grab your food feels a bit cramped too, both times I've been to this location I've basically just pressed myself against the wall until my order is up. Overall I would not be adverse to going back if it was the only option of a place to eat, but since I know better now, I'll be sure to take the extra 2 minutes to drive to a coffee shop who's lunches are much more deserving of my $$.

Have liked other Paneras, but not this one. Order had less than a tablespoon of chicken on half a sandwich. I can go to any other fast food restaurant and get a full breast for less money. The soups were awful, not as i remembered from other paneras, but it has been a long time sincev i have been to one. Bad food and way too expensive for what you get. They must have changed their soup recipes - campbells makes better soup. They were not busy for a reason...they won't be in business long.

Circumstances brought me back to this location. I needed food and an internet connection after a crappy afternoon dealing with a natural gas leak in the old house and not having heat drove me here. I ordered a half grilled cheese on multigrain and their french onion soup along with a fountain drink (dehydrated after talking to firemen and Centerpoint employees all afternoon long.) The Sierra Mist shot out of the fountain drink dispenser and narrowly missed soaking me. I grab a table and it seems that very few available tables have power outlets available even though the place is not very full. My order is called and I pick it up. The "cheese" is orange, even though Panera has a very excellent white cheddar they use on their breakfast sandwiches so I know the grilled cheese is going to be crap and it is. The french onion soup used to be a favorite but now while it has a ton of cooked onions it has a strong bitter taste and seems to be loaded down with caramel coloring agent. The croutons are ok but the soup itself is almost inedible. In spite of very few customers and even fewer of them using the internet the internet speed was painfully slow. I tried to look for a hotel for the night but it took so long to load the search page that I gave up and wound up finding another coffee shop to use a functional internet connection. I used to love Panera when I was a road warrior because their food was good and they used quality ingredients and their food was actually cooked somewhere along the line. Now it seems that slapping a slice or two of processed cheez product into a panini toaster and making soup from a chemical factory is acceptable to Panera. I'm glad I packed some Zantac.

Like many other Paneras, this place is well equipped with plenty of tables and chairs. There are a couple outlets and here on a Wednesday morning @ 7:30am there is plenty of seating. Yummy food, free wifi, and free water, there isn't much else to ask for. Except, the cashier wasn't so nice this morning. Perhaps it's because it's 7:30, but she's got the power to make my day with a huge smile! She chose not to. The food was made quickly and there weren't that many people seated since I think most people take food to go at this hour, so that's a plus for me. But be warned, although they clean the carpets and tables, they aren't too detail-oriented here. The windowsills are pretty filthy - if you're looking to find a second meal or a snack of dead bugs, you'll find it here. Would come back if it were convenient for me. The prices are always reasonable at Paneras too.

This particular Panera is your typical Panera -- it does all the things you want a Panera to do and can completely satisfy your bread bowl craving any day of the week. No complaints about the quality of the food. But I swear that every time I go into this store, the entire staff seems to be lollygagging around. One notable exception is a kid named Tyler, who more often than not takes my order. I love Tyler because he actually can keep up with my on the register... even though my order is full of exceptions, exclusions and special requests. He's fast and friendly and very focused on customer service. But everyone else in the restaurant is a complete dud, including some management... For instance, the last time I was in, I placed my order with Tyler and then moved over to the counter where they make the food. The employees back there were in no rush. One had been whacked in the face with the swinging door and was busy complaining loudly to her co-workers about how it was someone else's fault. The manager who was standing right there did not seem to be concerned at all about a potential workplace accident but did not tell her to take those kinds of comments about her co-workers off the floor. Or, better yet, that it was not appropriate to be badmouthing her co-workers at all. Her fellow co-workers were about as motivated as slugs to fill orders, and I watched one let a pannini sit on the griddle long after it had popped open to the point that I would bet it was burnt on the bottom. Fortunately for me, all I ordered was a sandwich. But it took longer than I would have expected and was not a very pleasant experience.

Nice service and quick turnaround on the food. The food is consistent ad ever. Got my typical half and half meal with a panini and Greek salad. I appreciate the serving size on this deal. Reasonably priced for the moderately fresh food!

First couple visits were ok, so I kept coming back, but after today I'll stop. The internet at this location is UNBEARABLY slow - 56k modem slow. It took me 30 minutes to open and display (NOT read) 4 pages of email (that had 25 messages per screen). Opening up the Yelp homepage took easily 5 minutes. Unacceptable!! I can't even get Google searches to load. wtf The place is also a messy dump. I visit at non-peak times and there is always food all over the floor, crumbs on the tables, overflowing silverware return bins. It's disgusting. On most of my visits, it's a bunch of dumb-ass kids working the counter. 3 Adderall-withdrawing teens hanging out behind the register while I was standing there waiting to place my order (NO one else was around) wondering what the hell they were doing, until a manager-type person came by and said, "Hey, you guys have a customer." Then I had to repeat my order 3-4 times because the cashier was trying to rush through it so fast and confused himself by trying to upsell me a coffee (which had nothing to do with my order of lemonade and caesar salad). "So wait, you DON'T want the coffee or did you want a small?" Hot cocoa is 3/4 full of lukewarm liquid and far too filled with crappy Reddi-whip dripping down the side of the mug. "You want this in a mug or to-go cup" I was asked twice on the same order. I'll visit other Paneras for my peanut-butter cookies, mac'n'cheese and broccoli cheese soup fix. Coming here is ridiculous.

I was never a big fan of Panera until this one came along. It's a great spot for working as there are big comfy booths and fast wireless. Plus it's quiet in the mornings so you can work and make phone calls without clients/co-workers wondering what is going on behind you. Gets busy and loud around lunchtime though. I am a huge fan of the hazelnut coffee and the French toast bagel in the a.m. and the 1/2 sandwich /salad combo deal at lunch. Enormous parking lot. Nice--though somewhat obtuse--employees.

I am so glad they put a Panera here. When we go to Costco, (Office Max & PetSmart in this mall also), it can be a zoo. This is a nice place to de-stress after there. We got 2 cafe mochas & because I use the My Panera card (frequent visitor card) we got a free cobblestone muffin! Super Bonus! The mochas were nice, left the whip off & they have ingredients lists available. We had to check to see why these are so addictive...is there some drug in there??? Nope, just chocolately goodness. I'll have to remember to take a better pic, so yelpers can see the Outside of the place.

Not a huge fan of chain bakeries....but Panera consistently breaks my chain-restaurant prejudice! I love that the restaurant is comfortable and easy to relax in, and the pastries and coffee are yummy. I recently ordered up the artichoke spinach quiche and it was delicious. And, I might have taken a chocolate chip cookie for the road (aka to devour at my desk when I feel dead inside at 2:45 in the afternoon)...and it was fresh and ooy-gooey yummy. I also like meeting friends here for a serious gossip session. What can I say?? ME LIKEY!

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. The food is what you would expect at any other Panera - good (not great) and consistent (for those who don't like surprises). I had the 4 cheese soufflé and a latte. It hit the spot.

The soups were awful, not as i remembered from other paneras, but it has been a long time sincev i have been to one. Bad food and way too expensive for what you get. They must have changed their soup recipes - campbells makes better soup. They were not busy for a reason...they won't be in business long.

ME LIKEY!
